The court exhibit is a fundamental part of SHADOW.  Evidence objects can be grouped and assigned a Asservatenmatrix. This is useful for the application process, depending on job type behavior and, to control the information content of the evidence object.  In the Asservatenmatrix information regarding use, stockpiling, retention period ,and the final destruction of the evidence object can be defined.  Collections of the evidence objects are identified by 2D or 3D barcode.

Every job or volunteer can have any number of evidence objects, which are detected and added. The existing Asservatenmatrix supports the user during the processing of his duties and allows a speedy and safe filling or assigning test results or laboratory findings.
